Our valued Ice Wireless Customer,

Due to a recent service upgrade, you are required to change your voicemail passcode. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

1.    Your voicemail passcode has been temporarily reset to the last 4 digits of your Ice Wireless phone number.
2.    Please dial 1 and hold to access your voicemail account.
3.    You will then be prompted to select a new voicemail passcode.

The process is now completed.
